EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Felicia Snead
The Executive Director envisioned Rare Pearls in Coweta County to positively enrich the lives of young girls in the community. She oversees all aspects of the chapter, primarily focusing on grants, fundraising, sponsorships and most business details.

Mckawonjalla Bates
Rare Pearls of Coweta Madame President is Esteller Sapp. An avid exercise enthusiast Esteller has introduced Pickleball and Line Dancing to the girls. She sits on several committees.

Shandria Sanchez
Director Shandria is our Vice President. Additionally, as creative and founder of Soaring N 2 Destiny a dance and theater performance company; we are fortunate to have her serve as our Event & New member Coordinator. Make sure to contact Director Shandria when you want to join us!

Director of Education & Training
ANISSA PATTON
Responsible for enhancing the established Rare Pearls curriculum. Assisted by Rare Pearls Leader Lynette Brown. Together they bring exciting, educational and fun workshops to the girls at each meeting.

Director/Parent Liaison
Monica Blount
Director Monica is our Parent Liaison, assisted by Rare Pearls Leader Carolyn Avery. Our Parent Liaisons are the initial contact to and for our parents. They are knowledgeable on upcoming events, youth requirements and expectations. Our liaisons should be called first with any questions or concerns, t-shirt reorders, changes or updates on child’s medicals, alternate pickup person and emergency contacts.

DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC RELATIONS
Volita Almon
Director Volita is over Public Relations. She has established our Facebook page and is responsible for keeping our chapter positive in public view. Please contact her with community events that may be an enrichment and charitable opportunity for our girls.
